As many as one thousand people attended Tusayan’s July 4th celebration which featured live music, a parade and a bike parade, Native American cultural displays, and a drone show. Mike Scott was the Grand Marshall. In addition to the festivities, Mayor Clarinda Vail recognized several of Tusayan’s long term community members who will be retiring this year.  Janet Rosner, Clayann Cook, and Sue Finely were all recognized for their many years of service.
