The Tusayan Town Council has approved the Ramada Outdoor Classroom Concept Plans for the Sports Complex. The price tag cannot exceed $4,700 for the design phase. The location would be near the existing sports courts and play area. Norris Design of Flagstaff has been tasked with the project. The Grand Canyon School District Board would have to approve any final plans.

Councilmember Robb Baldosky led the planning effort and was able to compile the preliminary material in time for the school district to review it. Approval was unanimous.
