Grand Canyon National Park Seeks River Logistics Contracts

Grand Canyon, AZ- The National Park Service announces a solicitation for award of up to three contracts to provide logistical services in support of administrative river trips along the Colorado River within Grand Canyon National Park. 

 

Successful contractors would provide a variety of support, including boat operators and equipment, to facilitate National Park Service staff in accomplishing work and operations along the river corridor. Among other things, the National Park Service staff may utilize services under this contract to accomplish resource monitoring and surveys, maintenance of trails and campsites, and interpretive and law enforcement patrol functions.

 

The National Park Service anticipates that the base year for these contracts would be from September 1, 2017, to August 31, 2018, with four additional option years.

 

The solicitation, P17PS01274, NPS Grand Canyon River Logistics, is open for 30 days and has been posted to the Government Point of Entry - Fed Biz Ops at www.fbo.gov
