Parents,

If we have your student's medication at school for the 2016-2017 school year, you must come by the office to pick up.  Our office is open from 8:00 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Thursday.   If you do not pick up by July 6, 2017 we will dispose of it. New medication authorization forms, must be filled out for the new year.  If you have any questions, please call the school office, 928-638-2461.  Thanks.

Si tenemos medcina para su estudiante en la escuela para el año escolar 2016-2017, usted debe venir por la oficina para recoger. Nuestra oficina está abierta de 8:00 am a 4:00 pm de lunes a jueves. Si usted no la recoge antes del 6 de Julio de 2017, dispondremos de él. Nuevos formularios de autorización de medicamentos, deben ser llenados para el nuevo año.
